Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, please return them within 15 days of their arrival. We will then change them or proceed a refund. We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered.

Please fill out the return form that will be sent out with your order and kindly reconfirm the delivery address in order to exchange items.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail.
Please ensure that the parcel is insured for the value of the products.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
Please note that return postage will not be refunded.
Please kindly note that if you have received a faulty item, we will make sure to reimburse you fully.
 
Discounted sale Returns policy only:
The customer is entitled to a full product refund without shipping costs if goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt.
After the 7 days period, credit notes or exchanges only will be accepted.
